2. Order Processing & Handling Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- In case of high order volumes, processing time may be extended slightly. If any delays occur, we will notify you via email.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
- Standard Delivery: 5 to 8 working days (excluding handling time).
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local courier services, and external factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or holiday seasons.
4. Shipping Restrictions & Limitations
- We currently ship to most locations, but some remote areas may experience longer delivery times or shipping restrictions. If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you with alternative solutions.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.
