How to Book A Demo?
A quick 5-step process to get hands-on with our laser welding solutions.
1. Fill out the application
Submit a quick application form and choose whether you'd like an online demo or an in-person session. If offline, we’ll recommend the nearest available demo room based on your location.
2. Schedule Your Session
We’ll coordinate with your selected host to arrange a date and time that works best for you.
3. Confirm Your Booking
Secure your session with a confirmation and any applicable payment.
4. Join the Demo
Attend your live demo — online or at the demo room — where our host will guide you through the machine's features, setup, and live welding.
Leave a Review
After your session, share your feedback to help improve future demos for others.
Service Disclaimer
For On-Site Demos
Customers must ensure a safe environment, including proper workspace setup and materials for testing. All safety guidelines provided by the Host during the demonstration must be followed. Customers are responsible for verifying the Host’s identity before allowing access and are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate conduct throughout the session.
For In-Store Demos
Customers must adhere to all demo room policies, safety procedures, and any applicable local regulations during their visit.
Host Relationship
Demo Hosts are independent service providers and are not employees of Herolaser. While Herolaser monitors feedback to uphold service standards, it does not assume responsibility for the Host’s actions or demo performance.
Content Ownership
Any media or content created during the demo session remains the intellectual property of Herolaser and/or the Host. Recording, sharing, or redistributing any part of the demo without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.
Payments
All payments must be completed through the official Herolaser website. Herolaser is not liable for any disputes or losses arising from private or direct payments made to Hosts.
